Become a DMSF Scholar

The Application is Now Available for the DMSF Class of 2016

Students who will be in eighth grade in the 2011-2012 school year and who are interested in applying to become a DMSF Scholar should download the application from our website.  If you are unable to do so, please ask your school for assistance.

The deadline for submitting a completed application is Friday, October 28, 2011.  Completed applications can be submitted via U.S. mail or delivered to the DMSF office (not faxed or emailed) Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.  Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we unfortunately cannot confirm that we have received your application. 

DMSF will host its annual High School Fair on Monday, October 17, 2011 at St. Ignatius College Prep (1076 W Roosevelt Rd, Chicago IL 60608).  The fair will run from 5 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. This is a great way to learn about our partnership schools!  If you have any questions about the application, volunteers from DMSF will be available to answer your questions.  Completed applications will also be accepted at the High School Fair.
