Lake County Murphy Scholars
The Lake County Murphy Scholars Program is an extension of the Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund’s mission. This initiative builds on DMSF’s 35+year legacy of success in the Chicago area, where Scholars achieve high school and college graduation rates nearly twice the national average. Today, we’re building on our mission in the Chicago area by expanding to a new community: Lake County, IL.
Our 24 Lake County Murphy Scholars attend the following schools:
- Carmel Catholic High School: 13 Scholars
- Cristo Rey St. Martin College Prep: 3 Scholars
- Loyola Academy: 1 Scholar
- Lake Forest Academy: 2 Scholars
- Woodlands Academy of the Sacred Heart: 1 Scholar
- Beacon Academy: 2 Scholars
- Salisbury School: 1 Scholar
- Brooks School: 1 Scholar
