Evy boasts an extensive background spanning over a decade within the realm of education. Her multifaceted expertise encompasses roles in post-secondary advising, the implementation of dual enrollment programs, and the establishment of accessible pathways to higher education for students hailing from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. As a first-generation college student, Evy has embraced the profound commitment—both personally and professionally—towards ensuring equitable access to educational opportunities.

Prior to her tenure with the DMSF team, Evy dedicated recent years to cultivating strategic partnerships among high schools, school districts, and universities. This collaborative effort aimed at crafting high-impact programming specifically tailored for first-generation, Black, and Latine students. Evy is an alumna of Swarthmore College in Philadelphia. Residing in Lake County, Evy eagerly anticipates the expansion of DMSF's presence in the region. Her enthusiasm is directed towards actively engaging with new students, families, and partners, thereby contributing to the organization's mission and fostering educational advancement within the community.
