Mallory Kolodziej
Director of Development – Corporate Relations
A dynamic professional with a passion for storytelling and social impact, Mallory Kolodziej is excited to be serving the Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund as their Director of Development - Corporate Relations. In her previous role as Director of Events, Communication, and Video Production at A Safe Place, Lake County’s sole provider of services exclusively addressing domestic violence and human trafficking, she orchestrated impactful events, crafted compelling narratives, and produced captivating visual content, all aimed at advancing the mission and fostering positive change.
Notably, Mallory stands as a co-author of the New York Times best-selling novel “Channel Kindness,” a collaborative effort alongside Lady Gaga. This work reflects her commitment to weaving a narrative of creativity, communication, and social advocacy in the nonprofit sector. Mallory holds a Master of Liberal Studies from Lake Forest College and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Loyola University Chicago.
